Brett Goldstein Baltimore Concert reviews
Long Wait, Short Show, bad behavior
After 2 hours of standing, Bush finally came on and played for about an hour and a half. Although Brett Goldstein was entertaining and sounded great, the crowd was gross. The doors opened at 8, there was no opening act, and no communication with the crowd waiting to see Brett Goldstein. Although Gavin apologized for the delay, there should have been some communication with the crowd by the employees at the House of Blues. There was no room to move, it was hot, and the same couple songs were being played over and over again while we waited. The girls I was with and I considered it unacceptable and think that the employees at the venue should have done something about it. There was a group of girls on the second level acting inappropriately, one of them actually took her shirt off and was dancing in her brawer and consistently flashing Gavin (and the entire crowd below with her naked breasts). Although the men at the concert surely enjoyed that, the girls, I do not recommend this venue and think that management need to rethink the way things are done. Although this is not the first concert I've seen at the House of Blues, it will most likely be the last. I have never had a good experience at this venue and would rather spend my money on something better.
